On Sunday, the Lahore police conducted a raid on PTI offices situated within a private housing society on Ferozepur Road in the city. Prior to a party convention, they apprehended numerous workers, as asserted by the former ruling party.
The party reported that approximately 50 workers, who were expected to attend the convention, were taken into custody by the police.
It's worth noting that the district administration of Lahore had granted permission to the PTI to conduct a party gathering on October 22.
The PTI was specifically allowed to host a rally in Kahna town in Lahore.
