Lahore: The anti-terrorism court has discharged PTI worker Sanam Javaid from the Military Tower attack case. According to the details, after Sanam Javaid's release, the case of her re-arrest was heard in the anti-terrorism court.
The police presented Sanam Javaid in the anti-terrorism court in the Military Tower attack case and sought permission for an identification parade.
The court rejected the request for an identification parade in the new case against Sanam Javaid and said that apart from 2 cases, there is no case against her as reported by the CCPO in the Lahore High Court.The court stated that the arrest in the new case based on the CCPO's report is illegal.
It should be remembered that after being released from Kot Lakhpat Jail yesterday, Sanam Javaid was re-arrested, and she is on bail in cases related to the Jinnah House attack and burning of police vehicles.
