ISLAMABAD - Major Ishaq Shaheed martyred today fighting the terrorists left behind a message that this war has to be taken inside Afghanistan to root out the evil in the bud.
Pakistan Security forces are fighting this war inside the border while fresh terrorists are coming from Afghanistan through porous borders supported by RAW.
If Turkey can fight it's war inside Syria and Iraq due same reasons then why can't Pakistan do the same to save the sons of soil. Till when we will continue to lift coffins. The fencing and complete border sealing will take years due terrain and geographical issues.
In such an incident today In exchange of fire, Major Ishaq, belonging to Khushab, embraced martyrdom. He was belonging to Khushab.
The funeral prayer of Major Ishaq was offered at D.I.Khan. Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and other officials attended the funeral prayer.
President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of Major Ishaq.
In separate messages, they said that Major Ishaq embraced martyrdom to achieve a great objective which is the elimination of terrorism.
The President emphasized that Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad is being carried out all over the country to eradicate the menace of terrorism without any discrimination and it will be continued till elimination of the last terrorist.
The Prime Minister lauded sacrifices of the security forces for defence and security of the country.
In his condolence message, Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir said the sacrifice of the martyred officer for the county will not go in waste.
