Court resumes hearing of NAB references against Nawaz, family

Accountability Court Islamabad has resumed hearing of NAB references against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members.
Accountability court Judge Muhammad Bashir is hearing the case.
Despite exemption granted to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz from personal appearance, they are present in the court room.
Four prosecution witnesses are expected to record their statements on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, talking to the media persons, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that despite frequent sit-ins, the PML-N government took forward the country on the path of development.
He said there should not be double standards in dispensation of justice.
