KARACHI: (APP) Transfer and postings of the Additional District and Sessions Judges have been ordered with immediate effect in the public interest.
Ghulam Qadir is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Sukkur on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant, said a statement on Wednesday.
Tariq Bhatti is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Kamber on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Muhammad Ali is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Larkana on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Ramesh Kumar is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Karachi South on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Ms. Faiza Khalil is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Karachi South on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Ameer Uddin is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Naushero Feroze on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Gul Zamir Solangi is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Larkana on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Gada Hussain is transferred from High Court of Sindh, Karachi to Sehwan on appointment as Additional District and Sessions Judge and against the post lying vacant.
Muhammad Salim Larik is transferred from Sehwan and directed to report to High Court.
