NEW DELHI: Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni urged Indian cricket team to improve their performance and increase their run rate in Bangladesh match.
India has won one match and also lost one match. We need a big victory to strengthen our bid for semi-finals.
Dhoni said “In the first game our run rate went down, So it’s not only about winning but you have to take care of the run-rate at some point.”
Dhoni claimed that India was a favorite team to win the event at the start and we need improvement to achieve oir goal.
Dhoni said “I still feel there is still scope for improvement and in the coming two games that will be our priority.”
India won the Indo-Pak match by 6 wickets and lost from New Zealand by 47 runs.
India has won first T20 world cup in 2007 and now trying to set a record of winning twice.
