Army Chief lauds efforts in aid of civil administration in fight against COVID-19, Locust July 22, 2020

ISLAMABAD-Corps Commanders' Conference has reiterated its resolve to thwart any threat to Pakistan’s security.
The resolve was expressed in a meeting of the forum held in Rawalpindi with Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa in the chair.
The Forum reviewed operational readiness and evolving threat spectrum in context of external and internal security of the country.
The Army Chief complimented efforts put in by all formations to maintain high level of combat readiness particularly in the wake of evolving regional security situation.
The forum took special note of continued atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir as illegal actions of August 5, 2019 complete one year next month and paid tribute to brave Kashmiris for their legitimate struggle for freedom.
The Army Chief especially lauded efforts in aid of civil administration in fight against COVID-19 and Locust.
He expressed complete satisfaction on overall operational readiness of Pakistan Army.
