Pakistan's Usman Omar has won a Gold Medal in the twelfth South Asian Body Building Championships held in Nepal.
Usman Omar from Lahore triumphed in fitness physique category.
In the 90 Kilogram Category Mohammad Saeed from Quetta grabbed Silver Medal while Faheem Abbas from Sialkot secured Bronze Medal.
In the 90+ kilogram category Syed Fazal Elahi from Karachi clinched bronze medal.
