Afghan Taliban to hold talks with international community

A Taliban delegation will hold talks with Western officials in Norway on human rights and humanitarian aid in Afghanistan.
According to Norwegian Foreign Ministry, Norway has invited representatives of the Taliban government to Oslo from 23 to 25 of this month.
Earlier this week, a Norwegian delegation visited Kabul for talks on the precarious humanitarian situation in the country
