DAVOS –PM Imran Khan responds over the chances of conflict between nuclear armed Pakistan and India.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that there is no immediate threat of war between Pakistan and India. Addressing the World Economic Forum and debates on Wednesday, he said that now Pakistan will not be part of the war of anyone.
He said that Pakistan had played a role for Afghan peace and to stop Saudi-Iran conflict. “The policies of Modi are taking India to destruction,” he said. “We believe in the political resolution of the disputes.”
He demanded that observers should be sent to the Line of Control. “Two countries having nuclear capability cannot afford the war. Economic stability is inevitable without peace and solidarity,” he added.
The prime minister said that India could blame Pakistan after repeating the Pulwama-like incident.
He said that the past rulers destroyed the institutions for their personal interest.
Imran Khan said that terrorism had ended in the country. “The Pakistan economy is heading towards the right direction. We will provide jobs to the young generation,” he said.
