Two Russian ships catch fire in the Black Sea, near 20 assumed dead

MOSCOW - In Russia, ten people were died while 10 others missing presumed dead when a fire broke out on two ships while they were transferring fuel in the Black Sea.

Russian maritime officials said the vessels were carrying out a ship-to-ship transfer of fuel in the Kerch Strait.

The vessels had a combined crew of 32, are still on fire and no attempts were being made to put out the blaze due to rough sea conditions
