DOHA - Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan was spotted with parchi in hand during needing with Qatari Emir in Doha.
Earlier when PM Khan paid homage to martyrs in his speech in September 2018, the general public were quick to point out how he had done so without any prompt or *parchi *as opposed to the former premier Nawaz Sharif.

A few months later, the PM has been caught with a *parchi* in his hand during his meeting with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani at the Diwan-e-Amiri in Doha.
Interestingly, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its supporters were always quick to point out how former premier Nawaz Sharif “did not know how to talk to leaders without help”.
