Mattis made a rare trip to Guantanamo

US Defense Secretary Jim Mattis has made a rare trip to American base at Guantanamo Bay.
The trip comes amid uncertainty over the Trump administration's policy on continued use of the military prison.
The detention center had been set up to hold suspected terrorists following the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
