International Cricket comes home

ISLAMABAD: International Cricket has come in Lahore as Belgium Cricket team arrived in Lahore here at today (Friday) with the message of international cricket restoration in Pakistan.

 

As per details, Belgium Cricket team along with provincial minister for education Rana Mashood and other Punjab government official reached at Government Islamia High School Yateem Khana where they played cricket with students and distributed shirts among the students.

 

Speaking at the occasion, the skipper Sunny said that terrorism is an international issue and no country is saved from the scourge of terrorism so international cricket should be revived in Pakistan.

 

Rana Mashood said that Belgium team visit to Pakistan is a good gesture for the revival of international cricket in Pakistan.

 

Later, Belgium team players and Rana Mashood visited  Gulshan Iqbal Park to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in this incident. They placed bouquets at the site in the remembrance of martyrs and offered prayers for them.
