KARACHI- Punjab Chief Minister and PML (N) President Shahbaz Sharif visitedMQM Headquarter in Karachi on Sunday and held talks with the partyleadership.

On arrival, Shahbaz Sharif was given a warm welcome by MQM PakistanBahadurabad Group leadership including Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar, KhalidMaqbool Siddiqui and Kunwar Naveed Jameel.

Talking to media after the meeting, Shahbaz Sharif said his meeting withMQM Bahadurabad leadership was successful. He said former Prime MinisterNawaz Sharif took the decision to start operation across the board torestore peace in Karachi.

He said PML-N will continue to support MQM Pakistan in its agenda to makeKarachi city again city of lights.

Responding to a question about electricity, Shahbaz Sharif said K-Electricis responsible for the crisis.

Speaking on the occasion, MQM leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that weare being ruled by a party that has fake majority in the province.

He said we have conveyed our concerns to Shahbaz Sharif especiallyregarding the census in which Karachi’s population has been shown far lessthan its real numbers.
