Afghan Taliban set new conditions for the international community concerns

Taliban say they will address the concerns regarding human rights violations, if the international community recognizes their new government.
Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture of the caretaker cabinet, Zabihullah Mujahid said international community should recognize their current government as a responsible administration.
