In the ICC World Cup (Daily Pakistan Online), a decision has been made to give Indian players a break. According to Indian media, after the match against New Zealand, several cricketers, including Captain Rohit Sharma, will be given a break. There is a one-week break between the matches against New Zealand and England.
Indian cricketers will have a break during this period. The match between India and New Zealand is scheduled for Sunday, while the match between India and England will be played on October 29.
Regarding giving players a break, the Indian cricket board has stated that players have not been able to go home since the Asia Cup, so an option for a break will be given to the players after this match. Under this option, after the New Zealand match, players can spend 2-3 days with their families.
Indian media suggests that during this break, Captain Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Shreyas Iyer, Shardul Thakur, Jasprit Bumrah, and Hardik Pandya will also be among those taking a break.
