Private plane narrowly escapes accident at Karachi Airport

The plane of a private company narrowly escaped an accident at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.

The aircraft bearing registration number APSAL of Aircraft Sales and Services Limited was coming to Karachi from Sukkur.

At the time of landing at Karachi Airport, the nose wheel of the plane could not be opened.

As the nose wheel did not open, the captain of the aircraft informed the air traffic control for an emergency landing.

The fire tenders and medical teams of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) rushed to the runway of Karachi Airport.

The plane made three rounds in the air before the emergency landing, the CAA sources said.

While making circles in the air, the plane’s nose wheel opened somehow which resulted into the normal landing of the plane, they added.
