QUETTA, (APP): Balochistan ex. Finance Secretary Raisani remanded in custody of NAB
An Accountability Court, here on Friday remanded suspended finance secretary Balochistan, Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan in mega corruption case for more 14 days.
A spokesman for the NAB Balochistan said here that after completion of 14 days remand, the suspended finance secretary was produced before the Accountability Court which after conducting hearing into the case remanded the secretary to the NAB for more 14 days.
A special team of the NAB Balochistan has been questioning the suspended finance secretary in mega corruption case, he said, adding that another accused in the case, Nadeem Iqbal, the Accountant, Municipal Committee Khalidqabad has also been remanded in the custody of the NAB Balochistan for 14 days.
The spokesman further said that now the accused would be brought to the court on June 2.
