Saudi Arabia Supreme Court announces decision of moon sighting in kingdom

The moon of the holy month of Ramadan is not seen in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

The first fast of the holy Ramada will be on Thursday, March 23.

The Saudi Supreme Court will regularly announce that the crescent of the month of Ramadan is not seen on Tuesday.

A special meeting of the Reut-e-Hilal Committee to observe the crescent of the holy month of Ramadan was held in the observatory of Sudir, a suburb of the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

The members of the Ruet-e-Hilal committee and astronomers were included in the meeting to get confirmation of the moon sighting.

In the meeting, the members tried to see the crescent of the holy month of Ramadan with modern scientific instruments.

It is worth mentioning that Abdullah Al-Khudiri, a member of the Saudi Astronomy Committee has already said that the moon on Tuesday (today) will set a few minutes after its birth before sunset, so there are no chances of seeing the moon today.
