Chinese company - SBI ink MoUs in development sectors

KARACHI: (APP) A Chinese company, China Haicheng Hengsheng Casting Industry Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sindh Board of Investment (SBI) for mutual cooperation in projects of coal mining, wind energy, steel technology exchange, solar energy and in other sectors.
The MoU signing ceremony was held in the office of SBI here, said a statement on Tuesday.
Director Special Projects, SBI Abdul Azeem Uqaili and representatives of Chinese company, Jin Xin signed the pact. Leader of Communist Party of the Chinese province, Liaoning, Ms. Zhao Guohong was also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Zhao Guohong said that Liaoning and Sindh provinces share similarities in respect of environment and size of land.
He said that the Chinese companies are keen to invest in the Sindh province.
