Ayaz Sadiq, Fazlur Rehman and Pervaiz Khattak have to apologise for their foul language

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan held a hearing on the notices issued to Fazlur Rehman, Ayaz Sadiq and Pervaiz Khattak for the use of foul language during election campaigns where it told the politicians to never use such words again.
All three politicians, who were represented by their lawyers at the hearing, have until August 9 to submit their affidavits promising that they will not use foul language again.
The chief election commissioner said that Khattak’s words were not something to be laughed at.
He said the result of the elections will be tied to this decision.
“Why did Sadiq, who is a former speaker of the National Assembly, use such language?” a member from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that Sadiq had not even uttered a single word of regret.
His lawyer promised that it would never happen again. APP
