Chairperson Sindh Service Tribunal appointed

KARACHI: (APP) The Sindh Law Department has appointed Justice (Retd.) Qaiser Iqbal as Chairperson, Sindh Service Tribunal with effect from the date she assumes the charge of the said post for a period of three year for one time only.
The terms and conditions of appointment will be issued separately, said an official statement on Thursday.
The appointment has been made in pursuance of section 2 of the Sindh Services Tribunal (Second Amendment) Act, 2015, with approval of the Competent Authority (Chief Minister) and with consultation of Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh.
