Arrest warrants of Yousaf Raza Gillani's daughter Fiza Batool Gilani issued

LAHORE (APP): A guardian court on Wednesday issued bailable arrest warrants of Fiza Batool Gilani, daughter of ex-premier Yusuf Raza Gilani, for not appearing before court despite being summoned.
Judge Shazia Mukhdoom passed these orders on an application filed by Khurram Khan, ex-husband of Fiza Batool.
The petitioner had filed an application submitting that his former wife was not allowing him to meet the son. He requested the court to let him visit his son, and ensure his former spouse follows the law.
The court summoned the respondent many times but she failed to appear. Today, the court took a strict notice of her absence and issued bailable arrest warrants for September 3.
The court ordered police concerned to ensure her presence on next hearing.
