Rahul Gandhi raises serious concerns on rising cyber bullying by Hindutva followers in India

In India, main opposition party Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has expressed concern over spread of hatred in the cyber world by the followers of Hindutva.
In a tweet, the Congress leader said that "Hindutvavadis" have been spreading hatred in the cyber world because cowards only attack while hiding.
Calling them cowards, he said they do not have the courage to come out in the open.
