PILDAT survey depicts government galloping high

Federal government has improved its performance by 7 points in 2015/16 from the score of 44 percent.
According to PILDAT, Improvements have been recorded in all five pillars of governance, which are Rule of Law, Management of the Economy, Social Indicators, Service Delivery and Administrative Effectiveness.
The report said that the most improvement observed in Federal Governance was in the Management of Inflation with a score of 88%. Improvements in the management of monetary policy and the global fall in oil prices resulted in a low average rate of inflation of 2.8% in 2015-2016.
It said that the situation of Peace, Stability and Order was observed with a score of 73% owing to the increase in the number of terrorists neutralized.
The third highest sector was Healthcare with 68% due to decreasing Infant and Maternal Mortality rates.
