Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan in trouble

KARACHI: A petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) against Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan seeking his removal as interior minister.
According to the petitioner, the report of the Quetta attack judicial commission has proved that Chaudhry Nisar did not implement the National Action Plan (NAP) in its true spirit due to which crisis in the country intensified instead of going down.
The petitioner went on to state that Chaudhry Nisar is directly to be blamed for the failure of the interior ministry in dealing with the situation as he has links with banned organisations whereas he has confessed in his press conferences that he had met the leaders of the outlawed groups.
