Chinese Central Military Commission General discusses maritime security with Pak Naval Chief

KARACHI: Vice Chief of Equipment Development Department of Central Military Commission China, Lt. General Liu Sheng held meeting with Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zakaullah here at Thursday at Naval Headquarters.
As per details, matters related to mutual interest and maritime security were discussed in the meeting while both dignitaries also exchanged views over the professional matters.
Later, the visiting dignitary was briefed over the Pak Navy’s role in Regional Maritime Security situation and Operation Development in the Indian Ocean.
Lt. General Liu Sheng has served on various posts including General Equipment Headquarters of PLA, Chief of Overall Planning Deptt of General Equipment Headquarters, PLA and Chief of Department of Armed and Services Equipment.
Liu Sheng visit would further enhance the bilateral ties and cooperation between both countries.
