FIA launches stern countrywide crackdown

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has organized dedicated teams for each region to combat the illicit Hundi Hawala business.
A firm decision has been made to initiate a rigorous crackdown on the unlawful Hundi and Hawala trade.As per an FIA representative, each team, consisting of five members, including senior officials, will oversee and execute operations in their respective regions to combat Hundi and currency smuggling.
These teams will provide daily reports to higher authorities without exception, even on weekly holidays.
The higher authorities have revoked all weekly holidays for team members and instructed them to take resolute action against illegal currency trading
