Pakistan Kabaddi team to participate in Asian Beach Games in Vietnam

ISLAMABAD (APP): An eight-member Pakistan Kabbadi team will depart to Vietnam from Islamabad on Sep 21 (Wednesday) for participating in the Asian Beach Games scheduled to be held from September 23 to October 4.
According to Pakistan Kabbadi Federation (PKF) Secretary, Muhammad Sarwar as many as six players and two officials will represent Pakistan in the event.

"Players include Nasir Ali, Ikhlaq Hussain, Kashif, Ibrar Hussain, Imran and Irsalan while officials comprise Maj Nabeel Rana (Coach) and Muhammad Ramzan (Manager)," he said.
He said the team is well prepared for the event as they underwent tough training in the camp held here at the Pakistan Sports Complex for preparation of the event.
"Besides Pakistan other countries participating in the event include Iran, India, Sri Lanka, Korea, Nepal, Malaysia, Bangladesh and Turkmenistan," he said.
He informed that Pakistan had secured a silver medal in the last Beach Games held in Thailand but this time our team would definitely win a gold medal in the event.
