Pakistan makes an offer to the US businessmen

ISLAMABAD - Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has invited the US businessmen to benefit from investment opportunities in Pakistan.

He expressed these views while attending a roundtable discussion with senior executives of the US-Pakistan Business Council in Washington.

The Adviser highlighted the government's focus on improving the ease-of-doing-business and encouraged the US companies to expand their footprint in Pakistan. He said Pakistan's economy is on the right path to stabilization.

Later, Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh along with members of his delegation met with Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank President Jin Liqun and Islamic Development Bank President Dr Bandar M H Hajjar and briefed them on the current economic situation in the country.
