Utility Stores Corporation: Federal government takes important decision

ISLAMABAD - Adviser to Prime Minister of Industries, Production and Commerce, Abdul Razak Dawood Friday directed the Utility Stores to resume all kind of procurements at head office, zonal and regional offices.
“During a meeting, the adviser issued directives to open all kind of procurements at head office, zonal offices and regional offices immediately,” said a notification issued by the Utility Stores Corporation.
Earlier, the Adviser had ordered to suspend all kinds of procurements for Utility Stores on August 29 in a bid to probe in to the alleged embezzlement in the procurement process.
