MOSOW: Russia has warned to retaliate if the United States quits nuclear missile treaty.
Talking to top Russian Defence Ministry officials at Moscow, President Vladimir Putin said Kremlin would retaliate if the United States withdraws from the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces treaty.
Meanwhile, the U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration has accused Russia of non-compliance with the 31-year-old missile accord and warned it will pull out of the deal, while the Kremlin has denid violating the pact.
