ISLAMABAD-In India, Modi government is using different tactics to curb freedom of expression particularly in the wake of recent tensions with China in Ladakh region.
Ladakh Police in line with this repressive policy has registered an FIR against Kargal Congress Councilor Zakir Hussain for his remarks during a telephone conversation with a friend.
Zakir Hussain has been accused of revealing truth about capturing of Indian area by China and killing of troops.
