Arrangements finalized to establish regular courts in KP's tribal districts

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has finalized arrangements for establishment of regular courts in tribal districts to provide speedy justice to the masses.

A notification issued in Peshawar says over fifty-two district and session judges, additional district and session judges, senior civil judges and civil judges have also been posted in these areas.

The provincial government has sanctioned over nine hundred posts for smooth functioning of judiciary in tribal districts.

The government is spending more than five hundred million rupees on establishment of these courts.
