Govt taking steps to provide clean water to people: Bukhari

ISLAMABAD:Punjab Government is taking various effective measures to provide clean drinking water to people throughout the province.
This was told by Provincial Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering, Haroon Sultan Bukhari while during the Questions Hour in Punjab Assembly today.
He said water supply tube wells is checked on daily basis while generators are used to ensure uninterrupted water supply to public.
He said two hundred eighty filtration plants have been installed in District Lahore at a cost of 1036 Million Rupees.APP
