PPP will not become part of any undemocratic move : Minister

HYDERABAD: (APP) The Sindh Government's Adviser on Information Moula Bux Chandio has said Pakistan People's Party will not become a part of any political movement which ends democratic dispensation from the country.

The adviser expressed these views while talking to media at the residence of a PPP leader Irfan Gul Magsi here Friday.

The Sindh Minister for Food Nisar Ahmed Khuhro was also present on the occasion.

Chandio said although he respects Pakistan Awami Tehreek's leader Tahirul Qadri but he does not support Qadri's way of politics.

He said they feel pride in the leadership of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and dispelled the perception that the PPP had lost its popularity.

"Some failed politicians make such comments against the PPP," he said.

The provincial minister Khuhro said the PPP never believed in politics of revenge and as such no political opponent had been targetted during its current tenure.

Senator Aajiz Dhamra, MNA Nafeesa Shah and Rashid Rabbani among other PPP leaders were present on the occasion.

Many local leaders of Muttahida Qaumi Movement, PTI, Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F), Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) and Sindh Taraqi Pasand (STP) announced joining in the PPP on the occasion.
