Pakistan among world top five countries in private infrastructure development

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan has become one of top five countries across the globe in Private Infrastructure Investment during the current fiscal year as it received 5.9 billion US Dollars.
According to a report released by World Bank, “Fifty-two countries received PPI investments in 2017, which was a significant increase over the 2016 level of 37 countries and the past five-year average of 41 countries.
Pakistan leads among South Asian countries including India which received 4.8 billion US Dollars during the year.
