Near one Million Indian Army in Occupied Kashmir fear to fight 273 local fighters: Intelligence report

ISLAMABAD - Near One Million Indian Army in Occupied Kashmir fear to fight 273 fighters as per the report of the Indian intelligence agencies.

According to intelligence sources, 273 militants are currently active in the Occupied Valley, with plans to create disturbance and disrupt normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir.

The sources added that these militants are planning to execute attacks on a large scale in the state in the coming days. According to sources, in Kashmir alone, at least 273 militants, with links to various groups are active. Out of these, at least 158 are active in south Kashmir, 96 in north Kashmir and 19 in central Kashmir.

The agency has identified at least 166 as locals while 107 others as foreigners. Among these, 112 belong to Lashkar-e-Toiba, 100 with Hizbul Mujahideen, 59 with Jaish-e-Mohammad and three with Islamic militant group Al-Badr, Zee News has reported.
