Transfers and Postings of judicial officers by CJ PHC

PESHAWAR: (APP) The Chief Justice and Judges of Peshawar High Court have ordered the postings and transfers of various judicial officers in the public interest.
A notification of Registrar, Peshawar High Court issued here said, Muhammad Asif-II, District and Sessions Judge/Addl.

Registrar Abbottabad Bench has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge Mardan against the vacant post.
Haq Nawaz Khan, Additional District & Sessions Judge Balakot (Mansehra) has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar, Abbottabad Bench in his own pay and Scale. Similarly, Zia-ul-Haq, Additional District & Sessions Judge Mansehra has been transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge Balakot.
Ghulam Abbas, Additional District & Sessions Judge on return from Ex-Pakistan leave has been posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge Mansehra. Syed Hamid Qasim, Senior Civil Judge Swabi has been transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge Illaqa Qazi Chitral against the vacant post.

Rahsid Rauf, Senior Civil Judge Karak has been transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge Swabi. Hussan Bano, Senior Civil judge/Incharge, Mediation Centre Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy has been transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge Karak.
Shaukat Ali, Civil Judge/Illaqa Qazi Booni (Chitral) has been transferred and posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Charsadda against the vacant post and Sher Aziz, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate DI Khan has been transferred and posted as Civil Judge/Illaqa Qazi Dir Lower against the vacant post.
The notification said that Syed Fazal Wadood, Civil Judge/Illaga Qazi, Chitral would tour Booni for ten days in a month for disposal of cases pertaining to the vacant Court of Civil Judge/Illaga Qazi, Booni.
