Nawaz Sharif gets a big relief from the Accountability Court

The decision on the request for protective bail in the Toshakhana reference against the leader of the Muslim League (N) and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, by the Islamabad Accountability Court, has been announced.
The Accountability Court has suspended the permanent warrant for Nawaz Sharif until October 24.While delivering the decision, Judge Muhammad Bashir remarked that if Nawaz Sharif does not appear on October 24, the warrant will be reactivated.
It should be noted that on Wednesday, in the Accountability Court, Nawaz Sharif's legal team had submitted a request for his protective bail in the Toshakhana case, in which they had requested to suspend his permanent warrant.
The Accountability Court had issued a notice to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) regarding the request filed by Nawaz Sharif's legal team.
On Thursday, Judge Muhammad Bashir of the Accountability Court conducted the hearing on the bail request while Nawaz Sharif's lawyer, Justice Masbah, and NAB prosecutor appeared in court during the hearing.
