India: 3 killed in blast in Amritsar

NEW DELHI: In India, three people were killed and fifteen others injured in a blast at a religious gathering in Amritsar.
According to local police, two armed men on a motorcycle forced their way into a building and threw hand grenade at the crowd where the Nirankari spiritual group was holding meeting.
Meanwhile, 14 people were killed and many others injured after a passenger bus skidded off mountainous road and fell into a deep ravine in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand.
