Karachi Corps Commander lends full support to Sindh Police

KARACHI: Karachi Corps Commander Lt. Gen. Naveed Mukhtar made it clear that Sindh Police would be fully cooperated by Pak Army in order to restore peace in city.


According to ISPR, Sindh IG AD Khawaja along with senior police officers visited Karachi Corps Headquarters and held meeting with Corps Commander Lt. Gen. Naveed Mukhtar. Matters related to law and order situation of the city were discussed in the meeting and they agreed to take effective steps in order to establish peace in the city.


During the meeting, Karachi Corps Commander appreciated the performance of Sindh Police for the restoration of peace in Sindh particularly in Karachi.


Speaking at the occasion, General Naveed Mukhtar said that Sindh Police has played an important role in the revival of peace in Karachi.


He further added that Pak Army is ready to cooperate with Sindh Police to eradicate the scourge of terrorism while Sindh Police would be fully supported to bring peace in the city.
