Ibn-e-Khaldun Corner established at NBF, Islamabad

Ibn-e-Khaldun Corner has been established at National Book Foundation (NBF) in Islamabad.
Prime Minister's Adviser on National History and Literary Heritage Irfan Siddiqui inaugurated the corner on Thursday.
This corner has been established in collaboration with Tunisia.
Speaking on the occasion, Irfan Siddiqui said that great philosopher Ibn-e-Khaldun is a common heritage of the Islamic world. He said Allama Iqbal's poetry is greatly influenced with the Khaldun's ideology.
Tunisian Ambassador Adel Elarbi said that Ibn-e-Khaldun enjoys a distinct position in the world as the founding father of sociology, a great philosopher, and historian.
