'Govt taking steps to recover looted money from corrupt people'
Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Muhammad Khan has said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government is in the favour of across the board accountability and taking concrete steps to recover the looted money from the corrupt people.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the ongoing accountability process is the part of PTI's manifesto and the government was committed to fulfill all the promises which it had made with the people during the election campaign.
Replying to a question, Ali Muhammad Khan said National Accountability Bureau is independently investigating the corruption cases with the help of other investigative agencies.
The Minister of State said there is a need to further strengthen NAB to fight corruption and corrupt elements.
