PIA Lahore-Kuala Lumpur flight diverted to Karachi due technical issue

KARACHI: (APP) Due to some technical issue, the Lahore-Kuala Lumpur flight PK-898 was brought to Karachi.
This was stated by the spokesman of the national flag carried on Monday.

With reference to media queries regarding PK-898 (Lahore-Kuala Lumpur), the PIA Spokesman explained that due to some technical issue the aircraft was brought to Karachi, which is PIA's engineering base.

After swapping the aircraft the flight departed at 2300 GMT while the aircraft is undergoing repair', the spokesman added.
