Kachi Canal to become operational within 10 days in Balochistan

The Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi m said Kachi Canal Project will start functioning within 10 days to irrigate around 70,000 acres of land in Balochistan.
He said the federal government’s social welfare schemes of health cards as well as Benazir Income Support Program will be expanded across the province.
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said the people of Pakistan would give their verdict in the next election and the present government is only focused at serving the masses.
To a question, he opined that former President Asif Zardari should become part of the grand dialogue on democracy.
He said the PML-N does believe in confrontation with any institution. He said the people will be the better judge in next election.
Earlier, chairing a meeting on law and order in Quetta, the Prime Minister said the government is giving top priority to restoration of peace in the country, especially in Balochistan.
