China can resolve Palestine issue: Palestine envoy

Secretary-General of Palestinian Presidency and an aide to President Mahmoud Abbas has said China can play pivotal role to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian issue to restore peace and stability in the region.
He said China, as a great power and a permanent member of the UN Security Council, can help resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict based on the two-state solution.
Rahim said that if the international community and the influential parties like China, Russia and the European Union are all united, the Israeli-Palestinian issue will be resolved and peace will be resotored in the region.
