S Korea considering to change decade-old armistice with North into peace agreement

South Korea says it is considering to change a decades-old armistice with North Korea into a peace agreement.
This was stated by a high-ranking South Korean presidential official while talking to reporters in Seoul.
He, however, said the matter cannot be resolved between the two Koreas alone rather it requires close consultations with other concerned nations. APP/AFP
