Pakistan hits back hard at PM Modi claims of surgical strike in UK visit

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesman, Dr Muhammad Faisal has rejected Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s claim of surgical strikes across the Line of Control and terming it false and baseless.
While talking to media during weekly briefing on Thursday, Dr Muhammad Faisal said Pakistan has openly condemned the claims of surgical strikes and adding that such kind of false and baseless claim will gain nothing for India.
FO spokesman was referring to Indian premier Modi’s claims which he made in London recently. Modi claimed that Indian forces carried out attack after one of soldiers were killed in attack from Pakistani side of LoC.
Dr Faisal added that the world knew very well that who are supporting the militancy and terrorism in the region. India supporting the terrorist in Pakistan and the recent Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadhav was a biggest proof of its terrorist approach to destabilize Pakistan.
